Scaffold Services Ltd were employed by Winvic Construction to provide access and protection solutions during the construction of a mixed use, retail and residential development adjoining the city's Highcross Shopping Centre.

​

Adjacent to Leicester's busy inner ring road, the development provides inner city living, with high specification apartments, close to the city's main retail areas.

​

These constraints brought logistical difficulties both during the erection and dismantle phases, either working around other trades, or working in restricted working hours.
