Scaffold Services Ltd were awarded the two-phase contract to refurbish external cladding to the existing PACE building and the subsequent major new-build extension to the Hugh Aston Building.

​

In the heart of the DMU campus, the building is home to the Leicester Castle Business School and the Leicester De Montfort Law School. 

​

Given it's central location, within the confines of an existing courtyard, logistical planning and trade  coordination is critical, as well as minimising disruption during exam and enrolment periods.
